I may be involved in organizing or sponsoring an event for entrepeneurs and early stage companies that are considering going public. In similar events in the past, the common thread that ran through the entire event was that all were riders - the attendees and the presenters. We may need additional sponsorship from specific services - and you'll have an opportunity (perhaps exclusive) to present and offer your services.
At this point I'm looking specifically for securities lawyers, but I would welcome contact from anyone that provides services to public companies (corporate secretary, filing agency, auditing firm, transfer agent). I'm looking here because I would rather find people that don't just own bikes, but are enthusiasts. If your practice is outside Ontario, that could still work, but the event will likely be held around the GTA or just north of the GTA.
