For my last long jaunt of 2011, I was going to circle Lake Superior.
I searched for Superior in the threads and found some comments that the south (USA) side is boring.
However, didn't see any reasons why the authors said it was.
Frankly I don't find any place that I've never been before to be boring. There's a first time for everything!
So what is it? Land too flat? Roads too straight? Can't go a sustained 200km/h?
It's not going to deter me though. I have to colour in WI and MN on my little map!
