I never got to watch the race, was there any victory baggers in the field

I remember when I first heard about this race introduced a while back in GTAM, I thought it was hilarious. Highlight on YouTube posted less than a week ago. Looked pretty fun, but only really about 3 minutes of highlights and fun and then 3 more minutes of "what a race, they should be proud, look how much he is celebrating his win" etc.
