So I am at Royal Distributing this weekend picking up a tinted visor.
I have a Joe Rocket helmet, so i am looking for a Joe Rocket visor.
Lady tells me, Zox is compatible with Joe Rocket helmets, because Zox makes their helmets for them, and then they are re-branded Joe Rocket.
She looks at me and says deadpan -
You can have a visor for $17.00 or I can put the same visor in a Joe Rocket bag and it'll be $40.00 - your choice! (lol - loved it)
So, after $17.00 i went on my way. Only difference with my clear visor, there is no small Joe Rocket sticker on the sides. Meh - no difference to me.
I checked the fit, and compared to my clear visor - visually identical.
Am I missing something here? Is there some sort of special cut, or fit, or finishing on the Joe Rocket visor? The difference in price is a lot. I can't fathom two stickers on the sides was worth an added $23.00.
Or was the Joe Rocket bag it came in magical? Was it bagged individually by a unicorn?
