Is the Linc in Hamilton a M-1 no-no?

I may be riding with an M-1er and wondered if the direct route from Mohawk Road in Ancaster to Mohawk in Hamilton was 400 series rated. I have no intention of using the Linc across the top of the city but the little jumper / cloverleaf at the 403 is handy.

While the risk level of getting caught is low the penalty is high. I would feel like a total POS if I led a new rider into a driving w/o a licence scenario. Also setting a bad example.

"you must not ride on highways with speed limits of more than 80 km/h except highways 11, 17, 61, 69, 71, 101, 102, 144, 655" - linc is 100 right?

Edit, it's 90 -

The Link in general isn't in my plans but the little connector bit between Ancaster and Hamilton is an easy short cut. There's always another route if I need it for the ride if there's a risk. I couldn't get it to show on Google streetview.

The limit is 90km/h, so it's not allowed.

word to the wise, sections of Mohawk/Meadow lands is ripped to hell lately. Rough/groved concrete etc. Rideable, just know its there before you come up on it at night or something similar.
