Let it break in first. The metals are still mating, lots of friction there
 
Looks fine to me. Although i'm not attuned to KLR's. If the manual says to only worry when your in the red, only worry when your in the red. I assume no damage will be done until you hit that mark. Also a little more back story might help. You were riding for 2 hours.... Ok so the engine is clearly warmed up. You were in the city. Was there traffic? Did you get every red light? Did you throw it in neutral and leave the engine one while getting in the wanted parking position? So many variables. Were you riding, looked down, saw the gauge, and then took the picture?
 
I remember my 2008 KLR650 running pretty hot like that. I wouldn't sweat it. Check the oil, let it break-in and see if it comes down. One thing to note is that those gauges aren't particularly accurate or consistent. If you're really worried, install a real temperature gauge.
