Is my battery dead?

Hey guys,

I ride a 1991 Ninja 250, but haven't used it since last season due to no longer having to commute to work.

The battery was bought maybe 2 years ago max - it shows a charge while on the trickle charger.

However, when I hook it up to my bike and turn it on - there is no response, nothing, nadda not a light.

Is this a problem with the bike - or with the battery?

If you left the battery without any charge for two years, it's likely dead.
Take it out and take it somewhere to test it.
Otherwise, check the battery cables for corrosion, sounds like you are not getting any juice at all. Even a pooched battery should light the oil light when the key is on.
check silly things like the kill switch.

Not a light?
Not even in the instrument cluster?
It maybe the fuses then, as already posted above
