You know what these rear view cams would really help with? Idiots that go on a ride with you but pass you at 200km/h in your own lane.
another really good use! most of the danger for riders in coming from the rear.

Huh? most sportbike riders know that that the mirrors on the modern SS is usually only good for looking at your arms/elbows.
It's only a matter of time before we get helmets with back/front integrated cameras. The hardware to do this is $8-15 thanks to the phone industry.
There are apps available now that when rigged up to your communication device in your helmet , will give you driving directions.
If you look closely at one of the videos skully has on their face book page, you will see them open up the visor and you can see a prism deflect light. 'This will block the forward view of a rider and will restrict this idea from passing any certification. A frame in the corner of a helmet will draw both eyes to the picture which will play games with your focal view and probably blood shot your eyes. Ask Steve Mann ( He is a Canadian from Hamilton and a professor. He knows more about hud then anybody. google him)
Its all good talking about hud. Reevu was first and already has one with the focal length . Early adopters of the rear-vision we are offering will prepare you for the real future when we project an LCD up around your head so your bike cluster will be in your periphery. We are not to far off, The days of Ordinary helmets are almost done.
