Insurance company requesting appraisal or dealer evaluation

My insurance company is requesting an appraisal on my older bike. Where do I get this done in Etobicoke or Mississauga for an older Ducati?
Typically what are costs involved?

There have been at least two recent threads about this, try searching. Expect appraisal to be ~$100 to $200.
