Big shout out to Paco T for selling me the Givi crash bars for my Tiger! It was a pleasure meeting you and good luck on the balance of your CPA exams buddy!!
Finding these bars was the easy part. These things are a PITA to install. The 'instructions' only show 1/2 the story and I had to damn near disassemble all the radiator mounts to get to the engine mount nuts on the inside of the right side of the motor. The worst part was the long single engine mount bolt that ran through the bottom of the bars and went under the engine - re-installing this turned into a 3 person job! It is done........my 3-4 hour job took me 7 hours and in the end I was cursing in French because I ran out of English words to describe the installation process.
I figure after a couple of hours at the gun range and a couple of stiff Bourbon Old Fashioned cocktails when I get home I will be good as new!
