bridgestones have a very short life

it depends what kind of riding you are doing and what do you want to get out of your tires, is it durability? performance?

Everyone's opinions are just that... opinions

Research and compare the attributes of the tire to what you want to get out of it

Corsa3s are almost done. (Hoping to finish them off at TMP in May)
I loved how my S20's handled at TMP :D

5000-8000km on the road mostly dry runs but last year got caught in the rain quite a bit for some reason. All these tires are apparently quite good in wet.
And
5-8 track days (fingers crossed)

Good in dry and wet
Last long enough for 8k on the street plus 8 track days

Oh I see, you want the miracle tire... got it ;) let me know when you find some and I will stock up on them

hahahaha :)

I'd say 5000km's and 4 track days at TMP before it's showing the cords on the right shoulder.

5,000-8,000 is how much I ride a season. And yes all these tires should last the season. Not including track. Don't expect a miracle though.

Aren't all tires a miracle these days? Lol

All these tires have great reviews. I probably can't go wrong with any of them. The Conti is probably the closest tire to a pure track tire. Wouldn't expect it to last as long. But the 3 others are pretty much tied for great all-round tire.

Probably wont go Corsa just cause I wouldn't mind trying something different.

Just curious what everyone running this year.

:edit: I go to the track just to enjoy not having to worry about car, kids and sand. I don't push it. Don't even get close to the bikes limit. So I'm not that hard on a set of tires on the track. Not yet anyway.

Forget those primarily track oriented tires, I think Pilot Road 3's would be best suited to what you're looking for and they can still hit the track...

Ummm, no. Nobody uses that on the track:

PP3s are in the lead so far, but just because the same guy keeps voting for them. ;)
I do like them. Have always had michelins on my cars...

Ive had the original pilot powers, 2cts, power pure and now going for the pp3. Always liked the michelins, from the odd track day to riding on the street like i stole it never had a problem. Only tires that ever disappointed me were metzeler m1, and original dunlops sportmax. Its a shame cause i hear the q2s are a great tire, but after the original sportmax ive been turned off to dunlop forever lol
