Hyosung GT250R rz350 hybrid

Picked up a cheap 08 Hyosung GT250R for my next project. I have a spare motor from a 1988 rz350 that I will rebuild and shove in this thing. A guy in the states did this a few years back with a 535 banshee motor. Will be running lighter rims then the hyo's and swaping out the rear shock and swingwarm, will post pics as I move along.

Yeah I have a few motors that have been in storage for a long time. cleaning out the container, just going to do some good porting and some 28mm carbs and possibly a +4mm crank and get some pipes made up...and trim wight from the gt250r as they are heavy, like to get close to 300lb mark.

Parts are tricking in, got my pistons and carbs in (66mm pistons and 28mm pwk's), now I can send off top end for machine work, concentrating on building motor over the winter.

Rick's Electric has a generic stator.
