How to imbed a youtube video?

I give up, how do you imbed a video in a post?

you get the full youtube address (URL) and you put it between video tags

so we take this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-mXnQUE_F7I

and put it between the tags

and you get this

[ video ]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-mXnQUE_F7I[ /video ] (no spaces between the square brackets and the words.

[video=youtube;-mXnQUE_F7I]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-mXnQUE_F7I[/video]

There is also a little video icon in the posting toolbar that you can put the URL in and it will generate the tags for you.
