Then add... I got caught in the rain in full leathers and by rain I mean mega downpour for over an hour ride home. I felt like a 300 lb behemoth after that.

I dunno if they get lighter as they go up in price...

I wouldn't jump to that conclusion. An extra 30.6 lbs sure will add to rider fatigue tho!

No idea, I'm sure it's a decent amount. If I cared enough about the extra weight I'd eat better and just lose the weight off of myself.
