All the other articles I saw said it was limited to 10k revs and 160hp without the track kit. Doesn't matter though, still an insane amount of money. This or a garage full of H2s?

From what I understand, bare minimum would be to replace the ECU, airbox, and exhaust

Probably also the exhaust. The specs in the original link say the bike with the kit is 22 pounds lighter than without it.

Honda didn't arbitrarily limit it to 101hp. They did that to accommodate their half-assed accommodation of exhaust & noise emissions laws in NA. Half-assed in the sense that while it fully complies with those regulations, they didn't try very hard to preserve the performance of the bike while doing so.

Honda is NOT selling the kit to North American customers. I don't know if they'll turn around on this, but each bike is not only identified by owner and region but just to get one, you have to petition Honda. They have said you will NOT be able to order the kit from a UK shop, you deal direct with Honda on this bike.

Whether that will last or not is questionable, but at this time it's a polished turd in my opinion.
