We know the driver was witnessed by one of the security guards in the building and police were called but never seemed clear if the driver gave their details before leaving...

Is that the car that hit them?

If so I would report it with the license plates of the bike and the car

damn it. definetly just let the cops do the work, with the buildings security cameras and stay on top of them and take care of it. it stinks that we've got to be so careful riding and parking our bikes in toronto because of all the traffic and what everything has become.. how bad was the damage to the bikes knocked over? Was it just the two bikes in the posted images from the OP? I know I had my bike hit, not knocked over but hit, damaged, moved, and scratched near TWH @Bathurst/Dundas. Since then I've always been quite a bit more careful. but your never know. I also have seen a bike or two knocked over late late at night after work early in the am. Like i said. it stinks, and its really too bad. Hope everything works out and the damage isn't too bad. I've got a bud who lives in a great building there on Lombard. I wonder how far the security cameras go.

I seriously doubt any Toronto cops are going to go through that much effort. That's stuff you see on TV. they will do some paperwork. that's it.

If this were London, CCTV would have caught the whole thing. You would be amazed at how a-hole incidents dropped in numbers since they installed CCTV there.

According to my friend the lady did stick around for over 2 hours waiting for the cops and the owners of the bikes to come out
