hesitation and stalling issues recommendations

Hello fellow gtam'ers I ride a 07 1250 suzuki bandit and the bike runs fine for the first hour but once hot most times I crank the throttle it almost feels like it running out of gas also sometimes when coming to a stop it will just stall but it will fire up fist crank right after the stall.
This just doesn't make any sense as if it was a fuel pump or gas related issue it would likely happen all the time warm or cold. I had a mechanic look at it and we have ruled out the most obvious culprits like the fuel pump and or filter. He seems to think maybe throttle position sensor or ecu related maybe. It has to be something that is heat sensitive.
Bringing it to a dealer would probably be a waste of time its not putting out any fault codes or F1 light and the bike has to be ridden for an hour or so to duplicate the problem.
Am at my wits end as I have invested much time and effort fixing up this bike and am almost at the point of tossing this puppy in the bin.

If anyone has any idea what it could be and could fix it I would gratefully compensate you.
