OP: I prefer the Duc

If I were collecting bikes. 100% I'd take the Duc first. The Bimmer 2nd.

Would not ride them though. There are more "preferred" street bikes in my opinion.

I'd put 'em on either side of an Ivory piano. BOSS

Oh yah. Pretty cool pine cone fail LOL. If it makes you feel any better, I know a guy who fell off his 250r from an empty water bottle. The struggle is real LOL
watch out for junk on the ground!
 
Target fixation. Part of why I am skeptical of "cool" bar end mirrors for new riders. I've never used bar ends but I imagine if you have to look down to see you're also looking down at the road and as they say, look where you want to go.

Still target fixation. Staring at the clouds and singing can result in possible highside due to to impact with back end of schoolbus all full of children in desperate need of protection, and then you definitely head straight toward where you are/were looking.

I will confess to something. Nothing happened, but it was a useful learning reminder. The time to glance at an attractive woman on the sidewalk is only when you are completely stopped not slowing down. Else you might begin a lane drift to the side while a big white van is pulling up in that lane.
