I just picked up a Shark RSF3 helmet (Medium). Fits GREAT! Best fit i've had on my head yet. :)

Unfortunately it sounds like I have my head up the Space Shuttle's business end when i'm above 70 kph. :o Absolutely unacceptable. (yes, I wear ear plugs - always have, always will)

SO, what other helmets fit the same?

PATIA!

Try going one size down? Or even two sizes, possibly.

YEp..do you have chipmunk cheeks in it? Also maybe look at a Windjammer neck curtain. Works well on my RSi.

Well this has been very educational ...

Apparently when I went digging into my jacket for ear plugs the morning I bought my helmet I inadvertently grabbed an old pair of plugs. REEEAAAAALLLL old, like brand new package from 2 YEARS ago old!!!!!! Silly me never bothered to empty old plugs from my jacket and tank bag, so the mix up was easy. The style of disposable ear plugs I use work very well for up to 4 re-uses, after that and they're not so effective. That's when they're fresh.

Apparently 2 year old units only work well for 1 re-use, and the purchase of the Shark helmet was already #2, so ... *shrug*

Fresh ear plugs on a run last night and that helmet was GREAT! Really very quiet, fits me great, was a great find.

Of course I had to find this out after getting a new Arai Profile in Rip-Tide graphics.

Meh, s'all good.

After trying on a few different models, my girlfriend's short list was the Arai Profile and the Shoei Qwest, she ended up going with the Shoei as it felt more comfortable and did not apply as much pressure as the Arai.
Took her out for a few hours on Sunday and she had no complaints.

EXO1000 by Scorpion. Besides the S design that I liked, it isn't very loud..at least not for me. When I'm blasting music via earbuds I still get a nice mix of engine noise from my bike but barely any wind. I have another helmet that I got for free purchasing my bike that I use as a spare (and it fits my glasses when I go for short 5 minute rides with no contacts)....that one blows, don't know what make it is.
