Anyone know where I can order one of these/get one locally? I'm specifically looking for a green one for my MX lid. I want one that has 3M tape though...all I can find are ones with ****** suction cups that will come off the first time I do a header into some bushes.

I saw them listed in the catalogue last week. Find someone who uses them as a supplier and ask to order.
 
drawing attention to yourself is a good way to get pulled over by the cops, that's a ticket. it's been on here before.

I hate that people have to change their taste for fear of police intimidation. (unless its against the law, I don't know) I have seen many people all over Ontario with these mohawks. I don't rock one myself, but have nothing against them.

As far as I know they are against the law, since a helmet in Ontario is supposed to have a smooth outer shell, but I think it's much like a tint ticket on a car. it's going to get tacked on if you're doing other stupid things, and/or you find a cop that's having a bad day. Getting pulled over for just a mohawk (which I think I've read stories of on here) seems a little overkill.

It sucks that we have to live in fear of our own police, but with such grey areas in the laws that are seemingly open to interpretation by the officers, it's hard not do anything without fear of breaking some unknown law.

either way, op is looking for it to go on an MX helmet.

That goes along with Kamikaze saying the law is very grey. If someone wants to be an ******* they can make the argument that the helmet is still smooth since the law doesn't say round or symmetrical. One of the many joys that comes with laws still using an archaic method of description.

It is, but I only wear mine with the grass skirt and seashell bra.
