Heads up for Milton riders

I am absolutely surprised that I got pulled over for it. It also strikes me as odd that I've done more than 50,000km in the past 18 months, all over Ontario, all the way to BC and back through the northern US. I've had interations with LEOs from many different jurisdictions and not once has anyone mentioned my plate location. So yeah, a bit surprised.

I'm not surprised that he got a ticket for it in Milton. I know there is two cops whose sole purpose on the job is to check plates. one rider got a ticket for obstructed plate and the other got one cause the plate wasn't in its factory location.

There's a license plate in that picture?

Funny I know of the same two riders....;)!

Someone I know just modded their plates....lol

Obviously Halton Regional Police have too much time on their hands.

sorry rider looks semi hidden to me.

Looks pretty damn hidden to me :D

You kinda deserved that one..

Just because you have hard cases....
doesn't make you special.

I just got stopped and ticketed for an obstructed licence plate.

just consider it a heads up if your plate is in a tricky spot.

Ya, that's what I would call it "tricky spot";)

Put me down for "hidden".

That plate is a bit obstructed. Just the same I would have rather seen you get a warning and have to move the plate. Sorry about the ticket.

Not going to comment one way or another, just consider it a heads up if your plate is in a tricky spot.

The reason you got pulled over is because your exhaust cans look like rocket launchers and the cops were afraid of public safety. I think there is more to this than you're telling us...

I would bet (since I've seen it in person) that if you're standing behind that bike it's not at all "hidden" Just some cop trying to get their ticket count up.

Its totally on the cop who pulls you over! i got pulled over 2 weeks ago and he didnt even mention my plate and it is tucked away nicely under the undertail behind the rear wheel.
