Has anyone ever had any issues return merchandise back to REVZILLA?

Places like Gp bikes have no choice. With the internet taking so many potential customers, go big or go home is the only way to compete. It's getting harder to support small niche stores.
Off road riders in Ontario all know of A Vicious cycle, small off road oriented store. They don't sell bikes, just accessories tires etc. but the knowledge and selection is second to none. He has been very successful, but the complete store is also online, free shipping. It seems an online presence is a necessity today.

Another point to add... When I was racing, I broke my bike. Out for the race, very disappointed. Along comes Gary, works the counter at my local ktm dealer. Grabs the parts from his trailer, helps me fix the bike and I make the starting line with minutes to spare. Monday morning at the dealership I ask what I owe, owner says, don't worry about it, we support grass-roots racing. Let's see revzilla do that!

It's unfair to place this all on the retailers in many instances. Sometimes, it's really the manufacturers. Car tires are a good example. Sure, some of the discrepancy can be explained by differences in cost structures and all that but some of it is just price gouging by the manufacturer and charging what they want because they feel they can get away with it.

There's a thread somewhere on a GTA auto forum where one of the tire retailers said they kept passing on consumer complaints about high prices to the manufacturers (even the retailer thought it was unfair) and eventually after years of complaints, the manufacturers listened and lowered the prices.

This issue really is ALL THE GOV'MENT'S FAULT DAMMIT OBAM...wait, what?

Well here's the issue. Stateside friends can own not just one bike, but more than one due to their (ridiculously) low cost of ownership, and importantly, insurance. If I resided stateside, I'd probably have 3-4 bikes insured for the same price as a lowly 500 in Ontario. Well, since I can only justify owning 1, I now need a heck of a lot less parts, and **** me for owning a bike that is hard to kill short of driving off a cliff.

Give us reasonable insurance rates, help us own more, increase the pool of owners, local businesses have more of a customer base, everyone happy yet?--wait, there's ought to be one unhappy party..

Before you jump to conclusions, it doesn't hurt to ask if your local shop can do better on pricing.
I recently picked up an AGV Corsa from GP Bikes, retail price is $899.
The deal I got can't be touched by any online retailer and I got my helmet on the spot.

Usps delivered the package on time...Revzilla paid the money back within minutes...thanks all!

Glad to hear. Was going to say the title of your thread is misleading... problem had NOTHING to do with Revzilla and everything to do with shipping. Should have titled it "Has anyone ever had any issues shipping merchandise back to a US retailer"... but whatever.

No one ever thinks to do this. At the risk of going on a 2-WET style rant you need to pay to play. I tip 100-150% on my first few drinks at the bar. Why? Cause I don't wanna be standing there for the rest of the night waiting for my next one. If you go into your local store and buy things you need (shop the sales, I don't care) and build a rapport, guess who you're gonna call when you want that big ticket part? I bought gloves, a jacket, helmet shield, etc. and when I wanted to buy an $849.99 slip-on I got it for under $600 taxes in. How? I said "So-and-so, I don't wanna pay $849.99" "Ok, we can do $6XX.XX" called another store I frequent, they said "5XX.XX" "Okay we'll do "4XX.XX and we're barely making any money on it" "Deal."

5 days?? I didn't read past there. Patience. Especially with snail mail. I just sent my kid a package from here to Missouri. Took 13 business days even though they said on the Tuesday I sent it that it would be there no later than Monday. Happens all the time. Thank customs not the postal services.
