I've done that too...
combined with heated grips, I didn't need much more. No HH and helps in the rain too.
You were the one I was thinking of haha, just could not find the thread. I need to do that mod on my vfr.

it's the plastic they use between refrigerated rooms and the outside. Like in walk in fridges in the supermarket.
Hope they don't notice me walking around with a knife...
