Lots of strange there. I was expecting an impaired charge in the list. Not sure why the bike was revving so high while he was sitting there. Not sure why he was just sitting there.

From the sounds of it rider was involved in a hit and run with a car and fled.

He had fled an accident.

Revving engine.. Thats what bikers do right ? /s. ;)

I saw that he fled. Stopping fleeing at that point is your second worst option (dying in a crash would be worse).

He's not blipping the throttle like an ahole, just seems to have constant revs well above what I would expect at idle.
 
Wasn't there a thread on here not long ago about a throttle being stuck?

I'm not saying anything only asking :)
 
Sorry, but I can't believe anyone is that stupid to run from the cops on an orange bike and then just sit there out in the open. If they did, then they deserve to get tackled.

Taunting? I'm thinking more likely a case of mistaken identity with another dirty rider who also deserved to be tackled for not paying attention.
