Seriously.

If its dusk or dark out I have a neon yellow jacket or vest to wear if I'm going for a run. In the city with all the street lights some people still don't see me.

That's why I don't bother with high vis gear, doesn't do anything.

Yeah I slow down and take a peek and keep going if there's no reason to stop. Otherwise I stop.

Me too. It's part of why I get road rage almost daily. I see people run red lights, on purpose, probably twice a day on average. Part of why I don't understand why cops need speed traps to meet their quotas. Hell, I've seen a cop basically force a cabbie to run a red light.
