Went up to Belfountain today and rode behind a Suzi dual sport with license plate "GTAM"
Lots of people still waving while they should be paying attention to turns. I guess they sill haven't seen the video of the cool dude that rides into the front of a vette at the Tail of the Dragon.
Saw some guys setting up to take pics/video in a turn, maybe trying to get a similar shot?

This should be really good in a bad way soon.

What is the fascination with a road that looks like it is meant for golf carts to drive on?
I hope the OPP seriously impose a zero tolerance and start impounding bikes. I will video tape that.
That is a family oriented area with little kids and old people walking about.

I was waving in the middle of turns, although after initiating the wave I just turn my head through the turn like normal and complete it with my hand out (it's not hard to turn 1 handed, unless you're going a spirited pace.) I wouldn't trust the roads, or other drivers enough right now to go fast.

And given my left hand is supposed to be in a splint, and my right shoulder is supposed to be in a sling under doctors orders I highly doubt I'd be able to go fast anyways. Evenso, I'd rather not risk anymore injuries.

Haha. I know exactly who you saw. :)

Let's just say that he has enough experience to be able to deal with a wee bit of multitasking - unlike Mr Hit-a-Corvette at Deals Gap.

I was thinking of getting 8INCH for mine

A couple years ago on the local news they had a man on the street reporter asking patrons of some bar questions about a recent event. So they put up the name of the first dude interviewed and it was "John 'Beercan' Smith". He was smirking the entire interview

Busted!

You sure it was a Suzuki Dualsport and not a Honda minibike with a beer cooler sidecar attached? LMAO

Busted!!!

It was a beautiful day for a ride.....and with the amount of bikes on Forks of the credit....there really wasn't any leaning going on at all...so waving wasn't an issue at all.

Cheers
