RM has stators for that machine
https://www.rmstator.com/en/motorcycles/suzuki.htm
I expect Rick's Electric have as well. Suzuki hasnt been able to make stators .....like.......well.........EVER!
Don't worry, rotors and stators (and batteries) will always be available for old bikes.
That's a great link to rmstator.com.
It's the other stuff, rectifiers (inexpensive) and regulators (costly) that will eventually go NLA.
Buy a rectifier right away, and even a regulator assembly if you have money and love your bike.

Oh for sure !. been down this road of old vehicles, buy spares for that unseen moment!, already bought the regulator and rectifier =) Just had a hell of a time finding the stat. apparently my bike is a ghost and finding parts. And yes, I do love my bike =) May not be much but she's mine and realativly good to me.
Thanks man, I'll keep you in mind. hopfully after this its a smooth riding summer =) epic fail though, apparently my stator is backordered =( boo. no riding for yet another week. seriously thinking of ordering a second just as a spare. Ive read you only really get about 20,000 miles on these internal genny's lots of heat I suppose. If I didnt love working on my bike I'd just say screw it and buy a new one.!I had a stator after all. Still have lots of parts for 83-86 GS750. If your stuck for anything else let me know.
