Sorry, I did not get who took the video and from where. Are you talking about a dashcam in the police cruiser?

I am not the OP, but yeah, I think the video was likely taken by the dashcam police cruiser, since he asked for it.

Talked to paralegal. She said if video shows no stop, nothing she can't do. I guess I will just go and hope cop doesn't show up. Not sure if cop is required in this case.

The cop is always required. Without him being present at your trial the video is inadmissible. They also won't accept any "evidence" of his, so they will dismiss your case with "no expectation of conviction".
