The cop is always required. Without him being present at your trial the video is inadmissible. They also won't accept any "evidence" of his, so they will dismiss your case with "no expectation of conviction".Talked to paralegal. She said if video shows no stop, nothing she can't do. I guess I will just go and hope cop doesn't show up. Not sure if cop is required in this case.
