GoPro Hero3 Black for $250!

That is a lot of stuff not included for $150 less.... Doubt its new... If it was bought in bulk (as the ad said), why does it have an "aftermarket rechargeable battery"?

Based on the seller's feedback and amount of Go Pro3's already sold (64), and the fact that its located in LA/Cali, it could be legit. According to most negitive reviews, they have shipped the wrong item multiple times without a refund and some have gone months without their item cause they said it wasn't in stock.

Don't think its worth the risk and no mounts to save $150.

Also note that this is one of their most expensive items sold. Everything else sold averages around $30-$40. Could be one of those money grab and let the negative reviews disappear due to the high volume of items sold (not really effecting their current rating... probably by 0.1)

I noticed something else. 87% of the negative reviews in the past year occurred within the last 6 months.

Minus all that stuff you're really just getting a camera that can record stupid high def, right?

doesn't seem worth it to me.
 
Remember that saying "if it seems too good to be true, it probably is"? This happened to people here the last time a GoPro was available for sale for really cheap.
 
My gut feel -- apparently the launch GoPro Hero3 Blacks all largely had issues, and some even had issues updating their firmware...so these likely could have been returns and/or refurbs someone got their hands on. In that light it also makes sense it would be missing most of the accessories, as GoPro would simply send those back out.
