Purchased this locally last year. Could be a possibility that more jackets sold in the GTA have the same issue.

I just checked mine. The P.O. is 2727, so I should be good.
Mine is a replacement. The 1st one had issues.

Be prepared for at least a 6 week turnaround.

Might be the best warranty, but i think the product has gone downhill.

First jacket i had only one side heated, i exchanged it for the bbq burning one i have right now.

Considering asking for a refund, and shopping for another brand at this point. My back will be happy
