Business casual I wear under the leathers or leather jacket and mesh pants. When I need a jacket it either goes in the saddle bags or top bag, or I leave one hanging in the office with a tie. Dress and/or safety she's at work.
Textiles over dress shirt and pants, suit jacket in tank bag if I'm out visiting customers. Keep the sidi's lubed so they don't squeak under my dress pants and no one notices them. Rain suit stuffed under the seat in case it rains.
I work at a University, so jeans and a casual shirt is the dress code. I'll often wear my boots all day, or switch to shoes at work. Riding I wear a textile jacket and extra layers when it's cold out, jeans, bike boots, leather gloves and of course a full face helmet.
I have no dress code and still change at work. Hard to fit work pants under a 2 pc suit. Also, jeans won't do anything at even 40 kph so I wear more durable pants even when I'm not wearing a 2 pc so I still change. Only exception is if it's basically winter then I just wear my work stuff underneath since I've got a pile of layers on anyway.
