Have been a little slow in getting the online registration program up and running re GBM but it is up and ready to go. Will have a link from the front page of the road course website to our online registration program up either later today or tomorrow. The direct link is http://grandbend.lweb.net which will take you to the main page and a link to the Motorcycle lapping dates. You can also call the track 519 238 7223 hit 0 and the girls can take your order as well.

Sat May 10 the will the first day - Modified layout Sun May 11th - layout TBA. These dates are open to anyone. Hioping for some sunshine/warm weather to kick off the season!

For the Fridays before Soar races more than 10 days out - you need to call the track to register and be a SOAR member - 10 days out the dates will go up on the online registration program.

I see instead of removing the idiotic online "handling fee", it has been increased to $2/track day. Please get rid of this.

Have not ridden this track. I'd like to register for beginner to do a sighting lap and a few warmups but can I later move to intermediate if my pace is a lot faster?

Also, is there a noise level restriction? I've looked on your site under Motorcycle Tech and didn't see anything about db levels.

You'll need to find a track day that has a beginner group. The only ones I see in the schedule are later in the season (GTAM in August and DOCC in September). Another option is the Racer5 school. Thursdays are now dedicated Racer5 days. See discussions here. Post 19 details the groups, planned thus far.

Yeah, that's cool.. I have been reading it. I am not that concerned, really... I was passing people on inline 4's at TMP on my SV, like bananas in the beginner group a couple years ago. I just haven't ridden at GB yet... I now have a significantly faster R6, though... so I was just thinking I might get in the way for the first little while in the Inter group. Possibly not... either way I have to get my track bodywork fitted up first. angry9:
