Hi all,

Just wondering if the fz07 is considered a supersport in the eyes of the insurance companies. Im 23 with a m2 with 1 year of experience. Currently ride a ninja 250 and would like the fz07 to be my next bike.

You can call your broker and ask for a quote for any bike you are thinking of buying.

Some companies have websites that will do the same thing for you.
 
FZ07 is not considered as a supersport ... based on your age and licence type I would say you're looking at $1600 - $2300 per year.
 
I'm 23, 3 years experience. I just got my M. Last year I bought an Fz09. State farm insured me at $1850 per year without collision, they were the cheapest around

Wow thats amazing, may i ask where you reside? I really want the fz09 but figured the insurance would be in the ballpark of $3000/yr, so Its like I'm settling with the fz07. I am only planning to purchase the new bike next year when i am 24 and have an M licence.
