print off this picture, then get a empty bottle of bleach or any bottle, canister that liquid detergent comes in (Tide etc) and trace it, cut it out and bingo you have the tool....

If your fork seals are leaking and you manage to stop them with a seal saver, keep in mind that depending on how much oil has leaked out your suspension may not work properly. Fork oil levels have a pronounced affect on handling characteristics.
