Does anyone know any shop around Hamilton that flares fuel line for quick connect ends,

Plastic: just heat it up with a heat gun
Hard line: EVERY shop will have a flaring tool

hard line, i've called a few places (industrial hose, fluid hose, and couple body shop) all said no,
ill try call other body shop see if i can get someone to flare
