Real snow up north. A good 2 inches maybe?

The picture doesn't really show how much snow we encountered but the fall colors against the snow covered landscape was just delightful.

Temperature is already up 300% from last night. The sun appears to be out as well. I don't see any snow from my window. Anybody?

I see the temperature as having risen only about 1% so far (~270K to ~273K). If it rises a total of 3% (to 278K or ~5oC) I might layer up and head out for a spin. I did that yesterday. Gotta say that Oxford heated grips work pretty well even with summer gloves.

Need to be careful though. Someone lane changed into me & my lane mostly because they didn't shoulder or mirror check but also because people aren't expecting motorcycles to be out when it's cold like this. Be vigilant.
 
I've got 2 inches here in Angus. Took the family to Penetanguishene to see "Pumkinferno" last night, very cool. Wound up driving home in a white out all the way.
 
My local weather information/ouija centre indicates 18 deg. celsius actual c/w corresponding "feels like" 18 deg. celsius and including 40% POP. Decisions need to be made and soon.
 
People thinking about snow tires and I am thinking about motorcycle tires and what to get next.

It was -4 when I rode to work yesterday morning, it was 18 by the time I went home in the afternoon.... crazy
