The tech took the oil for your bike from a 200 l barrel.The person that wrote up the invoice didn't know how to calculate the value of oil from the barrel and just entered the next item on the inventory list as your purchase which was a 4l jug.
They owe you.Go back for it.If you don't you are just supporting the owners early retirement fund.

$324 for an oil change? You got ripped-off. All other "points of inspection" they allegedly did are a joke, you could have done that yourself and taken your kids and wife to Red Lobster for dinner with the money you gave them.

The first red flag is when they even misspell brakes as "breaks" in their computerized diagnostics sheet. So they spent 1.39 hrs servicing your bike? 1.39 hrs??

The time is pretty good. Have you changed oil and serviced the oil screens on a KTM?

You must be a lot of fun at parties or at the least a favourite amongst your co-workers. I don't think I have ever read a peggy thread that was not condescending. Well, other than the headlight thread where there was a fleeting glimpse of humility.
