Fav spots to meet just North but halfway Burlington and oshawa

It's a bit random but I have a buddy in Burlington and I'm in Oshawa. We would like to pick a few favorite places to meet halfway and a bit North. That puts us around King, Caledon, Nobleton, Bolton.

A scenic ride and view and of course decent food!

Any experience or thoughts would be appreciated!

The usual hang outs in Erin and Belfountain.

Somewhere on HWY 9 I would guess.

Maybe King City as there are some nice backroads for you both to get there.

The Forks of course but that's to your advantage.
