I got a set from www.cbrfairings.com and they were excellent.
There is also Auctmarts and Delkevic are reputable dealers.

I would periodically check Ebay, Kijiji and craigslist. You might find someone parting out a bike or just selling parts on there. There might not be anything on those sites at the moment but sometimes you can score a deal if you happen to check in at the right place/time. Worth noting, even though many of us refer to them as fairings sometimes they are also described as cowling so maybe search using one or both keywords.

+1 for Zariz Cycle in Toronto.
