DVP south jammed at Lawrence b/c of table on inside lane

So 10,000 people will drive by it but not one will stop and drag the table onto the shoulder.

Someone did put it on it's side against the barrier - they had to stop to do that of course. Someone in a white car. They got flipped off by everyone nearby of course. Now everyone is just has to stop to see how interesting a busted table on the side of a road can be.
