No more Energica.
Frankly, I’m really surprised by this, as we haven’t really heard anything about an Electric bike from Ducati as of yet.

Indeed, this came out of left field, but aspects of this make sense. Energica has not really capitalised on their involvement - started out as a niche EV manufacturer, still is. Ducati doesn't build electric motorcycles, but they can call upon the resources of the VW Group, which does build EVs and which also wants to put combustion engines behind them. May have been a directive from above to switch to electric, or be cut loose. Now the clock is ticking for Ducati to build something good.
