Ducati 998 Hockenheimring Race Track GoPro

Hello everyone

I've been wanting to do this forever and now it finally worked: I've taken my Ducati 998 to the Hockenheimring (Formula 1) race track in Southern Germany and strapped a camera to the tank.

Here's one lap around the course:

As you can see it was a bit rainy, but whatever. I wasn't a match for modern sports bikes in terms of lap times (lacking 80hp and having to many kilos), but in terms of pure fun this thing with its sound, engine and cornering is out of this world.

The old layout from the Senna days is now mostly covered in forest and grass, but it can still be seen from the air (Google Maps, etc.). The current F1 layout incl. the full Parabolica is pretty cool too, though. Certainly better for bikes.
