Dual Sport Jacket Recommendations

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a good dual sport jacket. My leather power ranger jacket is a bit hot and heavy for the kind of riding I've been doing this year... I'm looking for something textile with good ventilation and some decent padding. I'd like to keep it under the $300 mark as well. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate it!
 
I ride with either my Hein Gericke Timbuktu or my BMW Santiago. Lately it has been more the Timbuktu, because it unzips more.

You want to find a jacket that allows a lot of air flow, but that fits well enough that the armour won't shift out of the way in a getoff.

DualSport Plus as mentioned above has some Joe Rocket Ballistic 7's on clearance for $150. Great deal.

Thanks guys! That Hein Gericke Timbuktu looks awesome, but I can't seem to find any available without the grey camo sleeves. I'll definitely keep an eye out for that one though!
 
I ended up getting the Klim Traverse jacket. My friends say it makes me look like an old man but I don't care lol. It's lightweight, waterproof and nicely reflective. As a bonus, most of the armour from my fxr jacket just slips right in!
 
If you are looking for under $300, then a good choice is the Tourmaster Transition II. Comes in a range of colours including hi-viz (mine is grey), and it's waterproof. And the removable inner liner is decently warm. I paid (i think) about $260 on sale last year.

Yeah it was a bit more than I wanted to spend, but I find it keeps my armor pads in place really nicely while still having plenty of room for a sweater underneath. I love the huge pit vents too. I did a good 5hr+ ride up in muskoka and was comfortable the whole time. Much better than my old fxr leather jacket.
 
Still looking for textile pants with hip and knee armour that do not feel like ski pants. I looked at the traverse pants but the colur just did not go with my red/siver Rallye2. (got it for a massive discount at BMW Toronto sale)
