Drivers Abstract only goes up to 3 years?

the 3 year is available instantly online, the 6 year they mail it to you. if its tickets & suspensions your looking for the 3 year is fine. if its accidents i think its 6 years.

I'll give them a call tomorrow, thanks.

I am trying to purchase a drivers abstract to see when my accidents occurred and see if the accidents are indeed on my record.

I am using this page.

How come i can only order a 3 year abstract instead of 6 years?

Am i ordering the wrong thing? I want the same stuff that an insurance company get to see my insurance history.

Sounds like what you are looking for is your autoplus report, not your drivers abstract.

Insurance bureau of Ontario never deletes your info for claims....no one requires them to.

Personally, I think it should be a requirement under the privacy act.
(Companies like this should purge your info after a certain time period.)

Under regulation they can't technically give you a penalty for older accidents, but they refuse to give you "10 star discounts"...which amounts to the same thing.

We need to petition the privacy commissioner to get laws/regulations in place that guaranty our right to privacy from private corporations with this amount of power.
