Council voted last week to lower the ambient temperature by 10 degrees to reduce the demand for motorcycle parking. ;)

Since some riders still show up early, they've been able to leave open spaces between them.

Seriously, I think it's simply the phase of the construction. Some of the cars that are usually there early aren't there this week.
 
It's not so much the cold mornings, it's been raining too. I don't feel comfortable riding on the highway with wet pavement and freezing temps.
 
Same as 23Sigma. My last ride to work was on Monday. Going 30kms(distance) each way to work and back during early morning hours and coming back after 5:30-6 is not comfortable. Hopefully itll warm up a bit. I ride as long as its 6=7 degrees but anything below that, im caging.
