GOING FROM MEMORY (a long time ago) I don't think you get anything other then the yellow sheet saying you passed. Its only good for 90 days. If you get your M2 they will send you your drivers license in the mail and under class it will say G (if you have car license)and M2

M1 is paper only. The yellow sheet is not a license, the paper license is printed on official paper

Paper only since it expires in 90 days. The plastic card comes in the mail after your M2 is passed.
