Do I have to buy any insurance for the bike in order to register?

I bought a used bike and I want to register it without buying any insurance, is it possible? And also, what do I need to provide to register a bike?
 
Hey Johnny

You should be able to register it in your name without insurance. You won't be able to get a plate or temporary permit though.
 
If you have a current safety, you can register the bike in your name as fit/unplated, without a safety, it can be registered as unfit/unplated.
