Different turn signal blinking speeds

So had a dead front right turn signal, changed the bulb but the signals are still blinking faster than the left side (this did not happen before). Does this mean the back one needs to be changed as well?

Oh yeah, and I managed to lose a screw in the process because I'm an idiot. You guys think Home Depot will have them? -___-

There is a certain resistance that bulbs have and that gives the flash timing . The new bulb you put has a different resistance so operates differently.

This is why a resistor is sometimes needed to fix LED signal problems

Did you replace a stock signal with an LED?
