Damn 38 air temp !!!!

Usually the bike sits out and the then the temperature drops as I ride. Was 37.5 on gauge when I took off and then the sucker went UP!!!!. 38 leaving Mississauga until I got up past the 401 and it's a bit more civilized a mere 35.....

Can't image being in traffic in this .

I don't know what the temp was this morning around 10:30 - 11 AM, but once I got to Mt. Pleasant & Eglington, I had to go around a closed section of Mt. Pleasant (don't know why, but cop was re-directing traffic) and my bike stalled twice while I was inline at a stop sign. I am sure it was a minor vapour lock due to the heat.

I left Winston/Derry at 10 AM and got back around 12:30-ish. I can tell you that the back of my shirt was quiet damp. I was wearing full gear as well (black leather jacket (not perforated), summer-ish gloves, black jeans and black A* above ankle boots that are waterproof, and black modular helmet (can you tell I like black gear)).

Once I got inside to my, where the AC is busted, I cracked open a chilled tallboy and had lunch. Then I took a Mexican siesta until the wife got home from work.

Really is brutal out there so make sure you all stay hydrated.
 
Up at the Forks - not hot now but bicycle riders!!!! slugging liquid - I guess - crazy buggers. Least they are mostly squid as I will be going home unless i wear the big zoom lens - -then need my mesh on.
 
Air temp was 33 with a humidex of 39 as it sat around 48% humidity. Your gauge was in the sunlight.

Were you at belfountain around 4 pm wearing what looked like a gray mesh jacket? If so I was chillin in front of the coffee shop when you parked.

Anyways, I rode in my perforated leather jacket today. Caught a LITTLE fraffic on the 401 and yes, it sucked.
