No I'm not cutting anything. I was just wondering because so far 2 bikes I have gone to look at have done this. Lowered a few inches, and cut forks. I passed on them for fear that it would cause me issues without fully understanding the implications. I am no expert but I wanted someone with technical understanding to explain why its stupid. Job done. I don't feel like an idiot passing on a gorgeous looking bike.
